  Your store on Missions Gorge Rd in Lakeside, CA (store #1100385) has to be schooled in fresher sandwiches. I am 85, on a very limited income. I occasionally get a sandwich at this store. Today I ordered a Jr. hamburger and a malt. The hamburger bun was stale, hard and very dry. The hamburger patty was overcooked and so dry, I have been thirsty ever since. It's a good thing I brought it home so I could put more condiments on it so I could get it down. I did enjoy the malt very much. Sorry to complain, but figured you needed to know. Sure wish I could have enjoyed all of my lunch today.

  So unorganized and slow. Ordered one burrito, been waiting 15 minutes and it's still not here. Never again.
